NAMI Family to Family Education Program

This free educational program is a 12-week course for the family and caregivers of individuals living with serious mental illness.  Advance registration is required.

Morrow County – In collaboration with Del-Mor Dwellings the class will be held in Cardington at 520 Park Avenue.  Limited seating – Registration is required.

NAMI Basics Education Program – Are you the parent or caregiver of a child age 13 or younger who has anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, ODD, PTSD or another brain disorder?  This free six-week course helps parents and caregivers advocate for their children within the school and healthcare settings while promoting the need for self-care, coping and communication skills. Advanced registration is required.

NAMI Peer to Peer Education ProgramThis is a free, 10-session course for adults living with mental health challenges.  NAMI Peer to Peer provides an educational setting focused on recovery that offers respect, understanding, encouragement, and hope.  The education program is free and confidential, held once a week for two hours and is taught by trained Peer Mentors living in recovery themselvesAdvance registration is required.

Ending the SilenceAn interactive 50-minute presentation that helps teens (13-18) learn about the warning signs of mental health conditions as well as what steps they should take to find support for themselves or their friends.  Free of cost to schools, youth organizations, and communities.
